    steam iron is good as the steam helps to kill all the bacteria and also removes the smell of sweat. steam is also good for removing crease in the clothes and its doesnt burn off the clothes as compared to dry iron.
    generally people uses the most popular band name in their house so any popular brand name is good. eg. philips.

    It depends on what you’re going to iron. I prefer a dry iron to starch cotton shirts. I’ve never found any model that was particularly better than any other. For, simple light touch up ironing a little bit of steam works nicely. Just remember to use the right setting. You DO NOT want to use too hot of an iron on synthetic fabrics, you can actually melt the material/fuse it onto the iron board.

    I use a steam iron by black and decker. The thing I really like about it, is that it shuts off automatically. I worry about “hot” things being on.
    I’ve had mine for years and years, so I doubt the model is available any more.
