I think it depends on the product you want. I like to use Consumer Reports to learn about the different products. I find they are reliable and unbiased (and I tend to agree with their findings).
Congratulations on the birth of your son!

I would suggest Sebamed. My baby is a Sebamed baby. Sebamed baby soap, shampoo, extra soft baby cream, nappy cream everything is superb.
Try and see. Sebamed is the best.

I use some Wipro products and the remaing Johnson & Johnson products. It is mainly based on the skin type and how your son recvies each company product. You need to test one by one for some time before decide.

Aveeno…my toddler has eczema, so the aveeno products work wonders for him!! Foolers, I loved NUK, but he gave his fooler up last week (yay, no headache of breaking him of it), and bottles, I used Playtex nursers for both my sons. And the best baby laundry detergent I’ve found is made by all, gets stains out better than dreft, and seems to make everything softer (plus it’s cheaper :D )

I have a 7month son with atopic skin. I have tried almost every brand there is and have ended with FREZYDERM. It is the best. I absolutely recommend it. Also another tip: Do not go for the supermarket brands, prefer the ones sold exclusively in pharmacies.

I actually loved Ammens Powder for my son instead of baby powder and other powders and creams for diaper rash and irritation. I was given a bottle from my boss at the time and with only 1 application, my son’s diaper rash cleared right up and I had tried many creams and powders and nothing had worked.
Ammens Powder is sometimes not found in the baby aisle at the stores but in the foot care aisle, which really freaked me out when I went to buy another bottle of it. But it has zinc in it and it really works.
As far as other products…A&D Ointment with Zinc works good for a cream. I swore by Johnson & Johnson No more Tears Products for the bath. Unsure of the other brands listed.

I use the “Teddy’s Choice” products for everything from diapers, wipes, skin creams, bubble bath, soap and shampoo. My baby is quite sensive to other products and these have been miraculous. However, I think Teddy’s Choice may only be available in Canada…
