    I dont know about the costs of printing but have a look at the link below, you can upload your own designs & get it printed onto various items (tshirts, polos, hoodies, bags, badges, vest etc).
    You can even open up your own shop via them

    market stalls, a couple of years back me and my friend were designing some graffitti styled tops and bought some t-shirts in loads of colours from the market at a quid each- lovely bargain.

    Uni-Qlo do reasonably priced t-shirts in any colour but the quality is really high so it will withstand printing and washing & your customers won’t be dissapointed

    Search online for a company known as Amtex. They offer a complete line of tshirts at wholesale pricing. They’re located outside Chicago, IL and I would also suggest if you could attend a trade show for silk screeners or embroidery machines as normally clothing companies also show their product at these shows and you can buy in bulk after opening an acct. You’ll save money buying wholesale.
