Well, as someone who has been doing research on the reservatrol (from a medical, not product stand point) I will tell you this – it only stays in your bloodstream for about half an hour, what you put in your mouth is only a tiny fraction of what ends up in the bloodstream, and the intestinal tract changes the compound into the conjugated form (sulfonic acid) – - that said – which ever brand you take, capsules seem to be the way to go – - empty the contents into a small glass of water, let it sit in the mouth for a minute and absorb through the membranes of the mouth.
