The house is over 3 years old, brand new built, and at $550k market value, with an equity of $290k, but it’s under my mother’s name because at that initial buying my credit is very bad and still bad. I am paying for the house by giving her money and putting money into her bank, almost like renting, but we’re family so it doesn’t count that way. Sometimes I put in over half of the mortgage payment, sometimes all. Sometimes I pay for her car payment so she can pay the mortgage by herself. I am sponsoring my fiance so I need some assets to sponser her. thanks in advance.
