It is the kind of idea that will have people wondering why they didn’t think of it themselves as it is immediately profitable. While it is the ‘approach’ itself that makes it unique I can not see how this approach could be directly patentable. I am relying on being first to market with it and creating a very strong brand). So what legal options are available to me to secure a business proposal of this nature when sharing it with others?
