This is no way legal. Only an insane man/woman can do it. Scolding and beating is essential for proper upbringing of a child but there must be a limit for everything. The narrated situation is certainly a legally punishable offence by the parent.
no. causing hurt to any person is punishable under indian penal code. branding with hot iron is very cruel and the it anounts to causing grave hurt which is punishable offence. as the children cannot complain and others also dont bother such incidents happen. but, this practice is not so prevalent. normally, parents simply slap or beat with a stick
The act is totally illegal, parents have no right for that and it is amount to offence under indian penal code. u have to write the issue before national human rights commission-new delhi as well as before concern police authority.
Parents who are the legitimate guardian of a child, legally cannot punish under law because Government dont want competition for punishment which is empowered to the Law of Court (a government body)
No body in the world can punish physically to their children whichever the relation it may be ………… no i dont think its legal the ppl who does this should be punished.
