Urinalysis measures glucose, but they’re not nearly as accurate, and inaccuracy leads to trouble down the line. You could end up with permanent damage including blindness, amputation, organ failure, or a dozen other scenarios. But to answer your question they’re available at drugstores, non-prescription.

There is no such animal as of yet!!
The ones advertised are pricking on the arm or butt or where ever you can get some blood from.
Best bet is to get the 31 or 32 guage lancet tips. These make the smallest hole in finger or arm so hurts much less. These are made for any meter on the market, ask your pharmacist.
Pricking on the side of the pad of the finger hurts less than dead center of it.
Learn the techniques and in a couple of months you won’t even feel the pricking.

Theres no such thing as no prick diabetic meters. Urine testing using dipstick will only tell you whether or not you have glucose or albumin in your urine but it wont tell you how high or low your blood sugar actually is.
Optimum is the best glucometer in the market
