You’ll need an experience working in a company first. From the country I’m in, they won’t take anyone seriously if he don’t have an experience for at least 3 years. Then if you become good of what you do, you can start taking freelance work. If you get lots of clients already, you can stop working in a company and make your own business.
Personally, I like working in a company and get freelance work whenever I can. It’s more fun than budgeting stuff and dealing with taxes that you’ll get if you own your own business.
